Privacy Policy

The Short Version

SuperWolf is a golf betting game for you and your boys. We’re not in the business of tracking you, selling your data, or spamming your inbox. We collect what we need to make the app work, and that’s it.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name (or a display name you choose) and an account identifier. We use this to associate your games with your account and to show your handle to other players in shared games. We do not receive or store your password.

Game Data

We store the games you create — player names, hole scores, bet outcomes, and game settings. This data is used to sync your games across devices, enable live sharing with other players, and display your game history on the dashboard.

Device Tokens

If you allow push notifications, we store your device token so we can notify you when you’re added to a game. We do not use push notifications for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information We Don’t Collect

• We do not track your location.
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or any data from your device beyond what’s described above.
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your game data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual games from within the app at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we’ll take care of it.

Third-Party Services

SuperWolf uses Apple Sign In and Google Sign In for authentication. These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We also use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to deliver game notifications. We do not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

Children’s Privacy

SuperWolf is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperWolf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperWolf expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any game calculations, bet tracking, or results displayed within the app. Use of SuperWolf is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperWolf and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SuperWolf is a tool for tracking friendly wagers among friends. We are not a gambling service and make no representations regarding the legality of any bets placed using the app. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of SuperWolf after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
